Onward sub-subprocessors

Each subprocessor listed above may engage its own infrastructure providers and sub-subprocessors (for example, GCP itself uses Alphabet group entities and various internal subprocessors). Where this occurs, the subprocessor's own DPA governs the relationship. We rely on each subprocessor's DPA to ensure onward compliance.

How to receive notice of changes

Active GetPrice Customers receive change notices by email to the registered account contact at least 30 days before a material change to a personal-information subprocessor takes effect. Customers wishing to receive change notices via a different channel should email privacy@getprice.ai.

Data handling on subprocessor removal

Where a subprocessor is removed from this list, GetPrice will ensure that any Customer personal information held by the removed subprocessor is deleted within 30 days of the removal date, or migrated to a replacement subprocessor named in the change notice. The change notice will state which option applies for each category of personal information.

Objection rights

If a Customer has a reasonable objection to a new subprocessor that processes personal information, the Customer may notify GetPrice within 30 days of the change notice. GetPrice will engage with the Customer in good faith. If the objection cannot be resolved, the Customer may terminate the subscription per the Terms of Service (clause 7.2) without further obligation.
